In February, 2010 we moved our office to a new location in downtown Washington DC.  We are now at the intersection of 15th and M Streets NW.  The address is 1201 15th Street NW, Suite 320, Washington DC 20005. The nearest Metro stops are McPherson Square on the Blue/Orange line and Farragut North on the Red line.

Mr. James E. Turner is a solo practitioner who will personally guide your case through the legal process. Since founding his practice in 1983, Mr. Turner has represented persons across the Washington Metropolitan region with serious injuries resulting from:

Mr. Turner is licensed in the Local and Federal Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia and appears before the Workers Compensation Commissions.  His practice is concentrated in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and in Prince George County, Maryland. Mr. Turner is also rated “AV” by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for the highest rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

As a solo attorney, Mr. Turner will be knowledgeable about your case.  He will recognize you and know your case status when you call. After 20 years of practice in the Washington Metropolitan area, Mr. Turner has access to consultants in medicine, private investigation and engineering when a case requires additional expertise or personnel.
